Pink Ribbon Row is making a major move for its 2026 event, shifting both its event headquarters and racecourse to the University of Washington. The event will now be based near the historic UW Shellhouse, at the center of Seattle’s rowing tradition.
The 2026 race will run through the iconic Montlake Cut, offering spectators a dynamic, close‑up view of the crews as they charge through one of the region’s most storied waterways. The new location strengthens PRR’s connection to the local rowing community and provides an elevated experience for participants, supporters, and newcomers alike.
Pink Ribbon Row’s chair Angie Gabel says “the move reflects our commitment to safety, visibility, and community engagement as we continue to grow our annual event.”
